Thanks for visiting my page!  I am a licensed therapist in private practice in Roswell with some of Atlanta's most premier psychiatrists and clinicians at Northwest Behavioral Medicine.  As for myself, I graduated from New York University with my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work. Since I was 12 years old, I knew I was highly attuned, curious, and sensitive to others. I made the decision then that I wanted to be in the helping profession.  I utilize evidence-based models and approaches to help clients sort through various issues, most of which include: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, attachment and bonding, disordered eating, impulsivity, codependency, guilt/shame, infidelity, addiction, and family conflict.  I provide individual, couples, groups, and family counseling.   I am trained in play therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and I consistently read, attend trainings and enrichment courses to hone and improve my clinical skills.  Several people with diagnosable mental illnesses or substance abuse concerns seek counseling at some point, or throughout their lives when they are in need of professional support and guidance, but many people seek counseling to develop greater fulfillment, insight,  and purpose.  I am here whether you need evidence-based methodology and treatment to get through the roughest of times, or you need the support and accountability to self-actualize.  I believe no issue is insurmountable.
